For the Republic of Ireland and mainland UK we deliver 5 days a week - Monday to Friday. We aim to deliver within 3working days following the date your order is placed. For orders placed between 12 noon on a Thursday and midnight Sunday (or bank holiday if applicable), we aim to deliver within 4 working days. A business address is often preferable as a signature is required on delivery. If you are not in when our couriers first try to deliver they will take your order back and then attempt to deliver once more on a different day before returning the item to our warehouse. If you do not receive your item in the required time please notify our customer service team at web@portwest.ie.
