Delivery Address Options
We will be unable to change from a residential delivery address to a business delivery address once the order has been dispatched.
Customer Contact Information
It is essential that a contact number is provided as occasionally our couriers will need to contact you. A mobile or work number is preferable in this instance.
For the Republic of Ireland and mainland UK we deliver 5 days a week - Monday to Friday. We aim to deliver within 3 working days following the date your order is placed. For orders placed between 12 noon on a Thursday and midnight Sunday (or bank holiday if applicable), we aim to deliver within 4 working days. A business address is often preferable as a signature is required on delivery. If you are not in when our couriers first try to deliver they will take your order back and then attempt to deliver once more on a different day before returning the item to our warehouse. If you do not receive your item in the required time please notify our customer service team at email@example.com.
Any orders over delivered in Ireland over €50 will be free of charge.
All remaining orders will be charged at €6.

We may change these Terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase so we guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with under the Distance Selling Regulations. We are offering you the customer 30 days to return any item which you are unhappy with.
This agreement excludes tailor-made / customised products. In the case, of a cancellation we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us in saleable condition within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment when you return the item to us. In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on swimwear or underwear unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. Items must be unused and still have their original packaging and labelling attached. Any footwear returned to us must be in its original condition, including boxes and footbeds.
If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost. Unfortunately web returns may not be processed at our Portwest shop or at any other stores that supply Portwest. All returns must be sent with your name, address and order details to
Republic of Ireland.
Please remember to ask the Post Office for your proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference. The Post Office will stamp this and supply a tracking reference number starting with the letters PA to prove the item(s) have been returned. Without this we cannot refund any money if we do not receive the returned items.
The refund will be processed once your goods are received into our warehouse. Please note that it may take 7 working days for the refunds to show in your account. This will show on your statement as a refund / credit from PORTWEST.IE. You will be refunded on to the card that the goods were purchased with. If your card expires before we process your refund please contact our customer services team with your order number, postcode and new card details.
